Andrew P. Stafford –

Andrew P. Stafford concentrates his practice on litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, mass torts, higher education law, and employment discrimination.  Andrew also assists clients in a wide range of regulatory matters.

Andrew is a magna cum laude graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and a cum laude graduate of Temple University.  While in law school, Andrew served as Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where he was a finalist in the Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition and the winner of multiple best brief awards.  Also during law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Jeffrey P. Minehart of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Andrew is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
